Dennis is the Owner and Founder of The Assist Program, which began operations in March of 2018. With over 17 years experience in financial services roles ranging from investment management, banking, advance insurance strategies, and estate planning, Dennis is extremely well positioned to help navigate families through the estate closing process. Dennis is insurance licensed in the State of Illinois, license number 10526905, and is also a Certified Estate Planner™. The CEP® designation is conferred upon professionals who complete a rigorous course of study in the areas of estate planning and pass a qualifying exam. Dennis resides in Downers Grove, IL with his wife Kimberly and their 7 children.

Wendy Fredricks brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to her role at Guardian Estate Solutions. As a key member of the Assist program, she applies her expertise in detail-oriented project management, customer service, and process optimization to support families through estate closings and planning. Known for her proactive approach and strong organizational skills, Wendy also brings extensive knowledge in technology process and operational efficiency. She is dedicated to guiding families with care, clarity, and professionalism. Wendy is insurance licensed in the State of Illinois (License #21029921). She resides in Downers Grove with her husband, two daughters, and their family dog.

Kaitlyn Tobin

Licensed Professional Counselor

Kaitlyn Tobin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a background in education and counseling. After 14 years as a school counselor, she now applies her expertise at Guardian Estate Solutions. Skilled in creating efficient systems and structures, Kaitlyn combines empathy and active listening to connect with clients, offering clear guidance through the complexities of estate closure. With a strong background in providing support during significant life transitions, she is honored to assist families with care and professionalism during their time of grief.
